I doubt it. I don't think the Civ code could be ported to the ARM code, which is missing a lot of stuff. Plus, it's written in c++ (guessing here, but educated guess), it certainly won't work. I do like playing it on my surface pro, however!

You're better off downloading the Info Addict mod. It will show you all of that information, and more. It will show the trade relationships between AI players, their diplomatic status, etc.
