no, it has. If you install the original Civ3, and dont' do any upgrades, that's how the nukes are set up. I am 130% sure!

Hello, I have conquests, but I really liked how in the old civ3, the nukes changed terrain when they hit (change plains to grasslands, and grasslands to desert, etc.) Is there a way? through civedit maybe? or some mod? to put that back in? I really liked that, it's a shame they look it out...

it doesn't have a health bar because it was moving. When units move their health bars do not show, they only show then the unit is stationary. Its weird it just stopped halfway and sunk.

if you have ptw and if you have updated it to version 1.04 please help me here. I bought PTW, it works, when i update it to 1.04 and try to run it it says, "This application failed to start because ifc23.dll was not found. Try re-installing the application" I have reinstalled it about 5 times...
