      Not to cause disunity but for one I don't support changing the rules to disallow teams from switching their tech plans. I've followed the debate in the main chat forum and just don't see it as being an issue which we will get much benefit out of.

      Also - in the future the tactic may benefit us.

      Just thought I should share my thoughts as you seem to be the main advocate for the rule change.
