Not to cause disunity but for one I don't support changing the rules to disallow teams from switching their tech plans. I've followed the debate in the main chat forum and just don't see it as being an issue which we will get much benefit out of.

Also - in the future the tactic may benefit us.

Unfortunaetly You providing Mali with Col created big inbalance in our part of the world.
In order for me not get crushed like a bug i would require metal casting . Unfortunaetly theres nothing i can offer you atm beside spreding our religon as far as possible.
