Looks like I spoke too soon. I try to create a scenario where specific players start at specific spots AND every player gets a fair share of land and resources. Hwoever loactions stil randomize and everyone is on top of each other. Oh well I guess that I'll keep on trying!
I am also looking to modify a map of a saved game so that when I go back to that game, the terrain is modded. Is there a way to do that with World Builder?
Apologies for the lack of clarity!
I want to create a scenario where a bunch of cities are pre-placed. Also is there a map of "our Earth" out there for download?
If this question has alreadt been asked then plaease accept my sincere apologies! Anyway, is there any way to mod cities in Civ5 using SDK and if so is there a tutorial on how or could anyone explain to me how?
I am not sure if this is the right section to ask this but here we go. Also, if this has been asked before, then could someone point me in the right driection? I want to run the "18 Civs" scenario but I want to add the technologies from Next War Scenario. S how is that done if at all?
Before each of you start saying things like "what fun would that be?" et cetera, I am just wondering (no pun intended) if there was a way to do that just like Civs 1,2, & 3. Not that I would ever do anything like that!;)

My civ's leader (or Sid in the case of the tutorial) is just a set of teeth, eyes and eyebrows as well as the terrain disappearing when one zooms in on a city/unit (everything is black).
