How do you get to 32? Best I could figure is with dance of the aurora, 6 adjacent tundra tiles with forest, but math may be wrong or missing something. (6 faith for dance of aurora, 9 for adjacent woods with stave church, x2 for policy = 30). But thanks for this, I like Brazil for their +24...
