None as of right now. Hopefully gets implemented in a future patch or the next expansion.

One would also think that if you garrison your strongest melee unit that it will provide a +10 to that city defense as well.

Most likely you lost vision on the city you were bombarding, i.e. a unit that is within 2 tiles of it if there are no hills/forest.

In this scenario, you are better off moving to the river and adjacent to that coffee.

I believe Embarked unit Zone of Control (ZOC) only counts for the tile they are on ... So to answer your question yes they can be used.

No default options ... maybe a mod but I wouldn't know.

Yes still in game. The most recent patch also updated the discount for districts that you have less of. 40% up from 25%. This mechanic is not totally understood but after you hit a number of techs and districts building districts that you have less of compared to other districts is done at a...

Sure eventually you have an idea of when to switch to the building card, I personally don't count either and play mostly MP where you don't have time at all, but to get the exact numbers for either policy card the only option is to count... It could take a little bit more time to make the switch...

Unfortunately there's no way other than counting manually ...

Also would provide the resource if it spawned under a district and you wouldn't see the icon.
