    please confirm: No disbanding cities?

    From what I can tell by reading the other threads, there is no way to disband cities in Civ IV. Is this right--or is there a simple "Disband" command (as in Civ III) that everyone is missing?

    Is there any way to prevent automated workers in Civ IV from replacing previous improvements (as there is for Civ III)? For instance, how do I prevent automated workers replacing my lucrative towns with wimpy workshops or farms?
