Things went pretty much according to plan.
We received a Great Prophet, and I stopped. The capital has a caravel ready to launch. Ondini will have one chopped in 2-3 turns...

Play till capital GP comes in 7 turns then break for new plan.

Change to Caste FR once Oxford is in.
Research
(0% till Oxford) Machinery->Compass->Optics
Movement:
Troops near Ondini -> Kushcan; Ulundi Chariot to Ondini; Settle Merchant
Upgrade CR axes...

Wouldn't it be best to quickly get a caravel & scout (or two) to gather intel on our unknown neighbors? Once we know what's out there we should be able to map out an end-game strategy. As such, I like the Free Religion approach to aid OB and leave Jao/Pacifism for later. I am not certain how...
I prefer this approach. It will focus our forces where it will do the most harm to Shaka, and we can back fill uMunug with forces from city 2.
In BTS, is Shaka more likely to declare if a stack is marching towards its capital?
I have not looked at the save, but I generally agree with this strategy. Take Shaka out first and quickly so we can concentrate on infrastructure/research.

The CS slingshot could come in around T76. It seems the limiting factor is researching CoL...
