I think MM has a greater tech adv, but is weaker than Cyrus. Cyrus has a larger military, but I think we have the tech advantage in units. Maybe we attack Cyrus now, while we still have that edge, and try to hit him where it hurts before he gets composites (etc), and is able to fight back...
