Limited Edition Tin only in the USA? Now when the people in Europe can´t get a copy of the Limited Edition Tin then I guess we "only" can get the Standard Edition. Are there a way of getting the Limited Edition Tin when you are not living in the USA? Perhaps we are able to buy it later on...
