    I think I added that when civ4's creative trait got quickly knocked out of a trait elimination thread because people thought of it as nothing but a free monument in each city, they did not understand it allowed for much earlier libraries via slavery. If not that then some other elimination thread came to a conclusion that I felt was incorrect.
