    i dont think its possible to avoid politics when representing political leaders! russian tsars are hardly apolitical either lol. once theres full modding support we may be able to get civ 6 leader models to work in civ 7 - maybe i'll do peter along with some others when thats possible!

    which tsar? i was thinking if anything russia's lacking a more soviet angle, but avoiding actual soviets, i was considering doing karl marx at some point. so that it can represent the ideals of communism rather than any of the corrupted realities.

    Non-Owain players no longer have access to the Caer Unique Building. Owain now gains access to the Caer via a unique Civic Tree, unlocked by Chiefdom in Antiquity, and Piety in Exploration. The Caer now has the aesthetics of the Motte thanks to Izica's visual remaps mod.
