FEEDBACK AREAS
- Balance: Adjacencies are played with a lot with this Civ. Given Specialists scale off of adjacencies, this might be more powerful than it looks. The Humanists being the new Relic wincon is also tricky: the cost scaling on Humanists may need to be increased.
