I didn't get the steam achievement for winning with Caesar as well.

Hi everyone! I just won a game with the romans, I saw the ending screens and went back to the menu. I click on Hall of Fame but it tell me "No game completed yet". Then I reloaded the last save and won it again, but no record in the HOF again. Any ideas? Maybe it's because I use the steam...

On custom games you can simply add civs as you like.
