My money is on the Byzantine leader being Basil II, with a Varangian Guard UU, as well as the Byzantines having some sort of temple replacement as their UB to reflect the faith aspect of their playstyle. If not that, then maybe they'd have Theodosian Walls, but that would sorta make them a bit...

This would make sense. Babylon has been in since the first civ, and Portugal, Byzantium, Carthage, and the Maya have been in since the third civ. That leaves room for 3 new civs and 1 new leader.
We've never seen a 3rd expansion for a civ game IIRC though.
I'm making an Attila the Hun mod, and want the Civ ability, Fall of Rome, to grant bonus combat strength when fighting a civ that is at war with another player, but cant figure out what modifier to use.
