As far as I can tell, I am not getting bonuses from the Caer garrisoning. I've tried it with both fortified and not, waited a turn, etc. Checked both the point count showed and the math on the total, none showed the Caer garrison bonus. Otherwise, I've LOVED everything on all your leader...

I have a simlar problem, but mine goes a steep beyond yours it looks like! I get random black outs (some times full screan, some times just parts), some times all the buildings/peoples/etc disapear and I can only see the land, And some times it just brakes down all together and the game crashes...
