    Agreed. But IMO, +2 yields from Jungle/Forest is to much. +1 should be sufficient to give alternative to choping, as you can build improvments on top of it, +:c5science: from later building & possible religious bonus.

    I think if we want to make a tundra/snow unique, the allotment system farms shouldn't be the idea. North of Sweden was not were the farms were (and mostly not the population either).     Can't you make it so it only improves some resources? And then disable all resources that can't spawn on hills. You would still be able to build terrace farm on those resources when they spawn on flatland, but it's a step in the right direction?

    I have mixed feelings about Tourism. Best point so far is that Tourism is only perceived much differently than culture, since most sources give both. But that raises the question, why are they different yields at all? If we only want Tourism to be a rarer version of culture "filling the barrel"...

    Shouldn't the Granary put +:c5food: on Salt? Can't find any building that adds yields to salt. EDIT: Nvm, it's on the Aquaduct.

    +1. Engineering bonus seems the way to go since Babylon & Korea already exist for Science. Since Austria is in the game, I don't think the HRE days is the best inspiration for Germany. Germany should focus on a Prussian post-unification theme.

    I totally agree overall. But if we are theming a civ on Caravans, then the caravans needs to be better for that civ, and that civ only.
