    [Request] Warmonger penalty info (possible CQUI feature)

    What I have in mind is simple way to determine how high one's warmonger penalty is. Currently aquiring this information requires checking every leader' screen (or hovering over each leader' ribbon icon when using CQUI).     Quick info about recently provided PL translation for UnitExpansion: I forgot to change Language tag from en_US to pl_PL for Horseman. Would probably overwrite english one and cause much users to scrap their heads after next release. Sorry for that :)
