    The Secret Navy

The only way I'd like to see the RNG eliminated is if instead you got to play the combat in RTS mode. Of course many civ fans wouldn't like that, so I won't ever get to see my favorite game and my favorite type of game combined.

    Request: mod/scenario(s) "The Orient"

There is an Asia scenario in Age of Discovery II, it is called "Columbus's Dream," it still has the regular natives though.

    New Unit Idea: The Bandit!

A pirate payed by a nation is a privateer, though a privateer is not necessarily a pirate. In this game, a privateer always functions as a pirate given legitimacy by a letter-of-marque.

Beating the King of Spain in my second game

I like to try to go for naval victory, but that usually isn't possible, so I retool to fight a proper guerrilla war with some cannon support.

The English strike their own killing blow

No, the game defaults to the way the game was before Independence, and I chose the other one for the Constitution. I tried to play on, but the King still kept asking for tribute and raising my taxes. I stopped playing after the second time he asked for tribute.

    New Unit Idea: The Bandit!

I suppose this is possible, and historically accurate because Henry Morgan often went onto land to find spoils. Except for the specific stuff about making it only out of a petty criminal, I'm not sure if that is possible.

Which Constitution freedom is most valuable to you?

That is the problem I can see with that one, you could wind up with units being able to equip with a mere 13 guns with Washington, and that can be a problem in that you wind up being able to arm a hundred soldiers with a mere 1300 guns, which means that it would take 4 cities with warehouse...

One Crazy Game... and a sea borne strategy

That is the oddest game I have ever heard.

Playing or (losing) in the European Market

Yes, that is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Playing or (losing) in the European Market

I should have noted that I was talking about silver being the most instable.

If you were president of your country...

Western Euro is in a greater crisis than us. The Royal Bank of Scotland group failed, and they have been around since 1695, before there even was a United Kingdom. Much of the bailout bill they just passed is actually going to foreign banks.

Playing or (losing) in the European Market

That is very realistic, if you follow the commodity market as I do, you'd know silver is much less stable than gold, and can sometimes sometimes fluctuate 20% in a single day of trading.

If you were president of your country...

Go back to using the good old Constitution of the United States of America. Since there isn't enough physical money in the world (there is only 800 billion dollars) I'd say that we weren't going to borrow any more money, but we aren't paying back our debts, except to US citizens who hold...

    Your "300" moments.

I don't have any screenshots, but I often plan out 300 moments on purpose. I usually use sieges. I'll be besieging a city with superior numbers, I wait for them to sally forth, and then I send them running. Also, I regularly defeat armies 5-10x my strength when I am the besieged. Last time I...

Playing or (losing) in the European Market

Gold=money. Why do you need to trade money for money? It is much more simple to just mint it into your own coins. Edit: As for silver, I have similar problems, but no so drastic as you.
