What's the best way to monitor CS amenities (happiness) to try to prevent rebellion?
Also, it would help if the notification specifically stated that _____ city state has rebelled.
Still supporting the possibility it's an unintended bug, I did try opening an auto-saved game from the turn before the barbarians spawned and this time they did not. In fact, the city state appears perfectly content.
So the consensus is basically 'working as designed' and not a bug?
Is there anything that can be done to help city-states with amenities so they do not go into rebellion? Or at least be able to see if a city state is struggling and is about to?

Barbarians, in pairs, are randomly spawning in city states and moving on human players. This is with barbarians disabled and no amenity problems in human player cities. Latest update available through Steam installed.
