The RAR new.biq is just adding new units to the original RAR 1.02.biq file. You'll need to download all graphics I posted in this thread to have it working properly, otherway just use the pediaicons.txt I attach here with just the new units. Anyway I updated it as there are few bugs updating...

Which size of map are you using?? I'm usually playing SP games (15 AI, emperor) with huge map and I didn't noticed it...

It's not a bug, it's intentionally set in the modern era to have the same effect as telephone in realty (so you can understand why it comes with elettricity...) ...zip is fine for me.

It's what happen in MP or PBEM games and you need someonelse to do the job.. If you consider SP games. Never found a starting point that gave you no chance to win the game?? If you consider this idea unbalanced, what is your suggestion to solve it?
