IIRC, the throne room was in Civ2 only, whereas Civ1 and Civ3 had the palace. Every time most of your empire was celebrating 'We Love The X day', you had the opportunity to update, ie, add a piece of decoration to your throne room. I'm sure there's a picture in a gallery, if you're keen...

The 'worldwide business strategy' approach doesn't quite work since both South America as well as SE Asia hotbeds of software piracy. Also, take a look at the income in those countries, and tell me how many of them can afford PCs. I know those areas are heavily populated and there are prosperous...

Worldwide, more people die in traffic accidents than through terrorism. Hence, we should remove all roads from Civ! :rolleyes: On a more serious note, I found this to be close to my ideas what guerrilla warfare could be like in Civ. However, I wouldn't mind if it was omitted altogether...
