I mean, it might be me that is doing something wrong. Starting a new game I will soon get a scoll for selecting that secret society. However, I don't do the promotion and within a few more turns I will get another scroll. However, most of the times I will not be able to select that society...

Buy an inquisitor. Check :) But it does seem OP that they can convert a city like that. I am currently heading over to his city and convert his city, then he can taste his own medicine. The AI probably dont know what irony tastes like. Peter

I don't get it. Recent games one of the other civilizations comes up with a Great Prophet to my holy city and converts it in one turn. In this current game, my holy city has 29 citizens and 29 followers of my religion, no other religion is present. Still the Great Prophet is able to convert...
