Run-time error -2147217392 (80041010)

Hi, I just downloaded and installed TerraForm on my Windows 8.1 computer. When I start it, I receive an Runtime Error (Invalid Class). Nothing happens if i click "Request Registration Key". Can anyone help?

It works! I have just changed some of these useless mountains to plains, grassland and hills. Some grassland squares became the type without shield, some the one with a shield. Then I changed an ocean square to a plain square, and it has a hut on it. Thx a lot!

Did I get this right? The editor is already working? All these years of waiting - I can't believe it! How can I get it?

Hello everybody, so happy to have found such a site full of useful information! I started with the DOS version of CIV1 and turned to the WIN version later which is still my favourite.
