My RFC works just fine on Warlords, with only some lag in the late game. My first time playing RFC with BTS - started as Portugal in the 600AD start, and I had no capital. The place where Lisboa should have been was just a random, isolated Spanish square not adjacent to any of their other squares. I was left with a few boats, but not a settler among them.

Question! I play vanilla civ- does the vanilla version of RFC have World Congresses? They never seem to occur. Is this a bug, or is it a feature not included in the vanilla?
