    So if the AI cheats, and the player "cheats" (gets bonuses) anyone made a mod without either of them? Is it mostly in the HandicapInfo.xml file? Sure, the AI wouldn't be a challenge, but I think it would appeal to peoples sense of "fairness".

    Rather than cleaning it up, would it be easier/better to extract the stuff that people want on top of the standard game (units/building/techs) and leave the other stuff behind (new leaders, bugs, vanilla/next war differences).

    With combat sentital 2 I deployed a level2 the first time, since then its been just level 1s. I hanvt tried, but perhaps it upgrades to deploy level 2 after youve had deploy level1 avaliable but not used for 10 turns?
