Yes I did....I want to mention that some people told me that the game works for them widhout any slowings and their computers are less better then mine.
I also want to say that the game is playable, but it is pretty slow in a standard map (800 AD) and the save game Harkonenn gave in his thread...

Know that I didnt start a new game after the patch but loaded the first standard map game save to see how its working.
I started a game in a Standard map and after something like 500 ad + and after I built citys and improvements the game begun to be slow. I installed all of the graphics drivers and the patches and lowered the graphics options to minimum but its still slow but with a little improve.
