In Civ2 anyway
..haven't been able to build it yet in C3--always built by someone else! (Playing in Monarch level-when I played in Warlord, it was way to easy,so I started over)
I did some work. Using the Editor as a reference, I checked all Civs' SA's , and they all correspond with the chart at http://www.civfanatics.com/civ3infocenter.shtml#civilizations.
I do believe the listing on page 161-2 in the Game Manual is NOT what the Editor shows as default.
I AM missing something. :0
I'm probably looking right at it!
How do you see or check what RANK a unit is?
Especially when they're all lined up in a city.!

Hmm..you're absolutely right-- I'd say your explanation is accurate and I should play-test more before I continue..Ill also try to convert the photos to 256-color as you suggest .

But I just doublechecked..You're right- It's 16 .pcx files (copied right back from \ART\WONDER SPLASH),total 4797 KB.(3829 KB zipped.)Each one ranges from 128K-392K.
I haven't gone back and "pasted" YOUR modded Info Boxes...
I have downloaded actual PHOTOGRAPHS of some of the Wonders, and have made them game-ready.
