no, we already have courthouse, which is allowed by code of law. It's not possible that Code of law allows courthouse and prison which both are built to reduce corruption.

Prison as a city improvement: i think we should have this choice early in the ancient age, triggered by the discovery of "code of laws". It changes one unhappy citizen to become normal. It might have some relations with the Police station, like marketplace - bank - stock exchange relation...

As far as i know, Civ 3 is not purchasable in PR.China, probably because of its communist ideology. I think it would be the same in N. Korea.

I do not really agree. In my personal experience, one MPP is enough to cause other civs to sign MPP and alliances and very quickly a world war will start. MPP causes wars, doesn't make Civs dare not to wage a war.

why not realistic? the realistic world is: military force is not everything. you can't just conquer whereever you want simply because you have a strong army. Like Bush, you need excuses, you need some allies to support you in the voting of UN.......

becuase i adopted the policy of "100% tech research and share of tech with other civs whenever they have money", the world's tech's advance goes real fast. I've already entered the modern age at some time around AD1500. Would the tech advance go normal if i don't adopt that policy?
