Yeah, my apologies for not realising that we can build them already, I should have brought it up before saying green :lol: HA would be nice for the double movement but if CKN are possible, I don't see why research an extra tech for a similar level military unit.

@SittinDown did you bomb your city with culture before gifting it? It only works if an AI city has some of our culture in it. I just realised something. If we can build CKN already, why are we even researching HBR??? Bomber does collateral damage, so do CKN and mao is protective giving it free...

In summary, from what I gathered, use one great artist to bomb a city, gift it spread culture and take it back. Essentially, you need around 9k EP plus 1 GA bomb + spies to get a city to legendary.
