Most basic thing of all: Let us plop cities and units on the map! The "scenaro editor" is a map editor, you can't actually make a scenario you can only change the rules of the basic game, starting with a settler and a work in 4000 BC....

I'm thinking of adding more units, like crossbowmen, Men at Arms, etc. I'm thinking of changing MANY stats of the units to allow more variety but try to maintain some balance and maybe fix the spearman kills tank problem. Right now the Swordsman has 3/2/1, a Pikeman has 1/3/1, a Knight is 4/2/2...

Operational range is for normal air units, so you don't need it on the Attk Chopper. I'd say with 3 rescources increase it to about 14/10/3 Less attack than a tank, better defense, big advantage is the mobility. Or perhaps even stats? 12/12?

I found the advisor pictures in the Art/Smallhead folder. What program to I use to edit and save the pics in the proper .pcx format? I'm planning on change the Science advisor from Sid Meier to Tenchi Muyo's Washu!

Sick, I'm starting to like the bio/chem weapon ideas! I do think that Agent Orange is a nice idea for clearing those bloody jungels, but make them only 1 square/mission.

WE don't kill animals for luxuries but most of the world did up until the last...70-100 years? I'm not sure when conservation stepped onto the scene. Removing Ivory and Furs just seem silly to me. If you wanna tree-hugger Civ you forgot the WHALES!

The problem with a sniper is the vast scale of the game, an entire city is crammed into a single square and that gives a sniper a range of MILES/square! Plus sniper are usualy a couple to a handful of men, not the hundreds/thousands represented by a single unit. Snipers are capable of slaughter...

Here what I'd like to see, not as much as from a mod but from Firaxis themselves: Attack Helicopter-popular on the forum, it's not a fighter/bomber that flies over head and drops stuff on the enemy, it's a flying tank. They should have similar stats to a tank and fly over terran/oceans...

Forgot, kicking around that 4th civ as a peaceful South American Indian group. Maybe Incas or Mayans? No clue as to leader/unit let alone heros/cities!
