I have figured out how to have a static image show of a leader head, but only with the leader graphics setting on minimum. Has anyone had any luck on editing the animation?

The slayer have you added leader head animation? probably not ... I have been trying for two days to try to figure out how to put my own static leader head for my civs leaders :( it doesn't seem possible... I can have a static image for leader head showing if the leader graphics setting in...

Merakspielman I have spent the last two days trying every plugin and 3d software and I can tell you that it's a waste of time. it's not the standard gr2, fraxis have made it so we cant do anything with it :( From what I have read from other gaming mod forums, it's not going to happen. Granny...

I dont think fraxis are going to give us the tools we need to edit gr2 files. I think they plan on making their money by selling units and civs and leaders. Thats the way things are going I think. They got rid of 20 staff who worked on previous versions and civ 5 is really dumbed down... I don't...

Dale I was hoping that you could educate us on this subject as you do work with civ5 dev team. The gr2 anim format used by civ5. could you tell us what programmes should be used to work with this format, i know granny 3d is the main programme but it costs over $15000 so no modder will buying...

well good work anyway... I'm creating civilizations at the moment... I have added all the button pics and civ data but the only thing left is the leader animation, which from what I can see from unpacking the fpk files is it's going to be really difficult for most people to create customer...

Just wondering can you turn off culture borders glow? but i want to keep the border line as is but just remove the faded part or glow, is this possible?
