I think the Netherlands really need a rework, currently they are terribly boring to play as and their UA only covers one subject in Dutch history, the VOC.

Morocco will be great for turtleing, just build lots of kasbahs and berber cavalry to defend your land and let the money roll in from your trade routes.
Maybe goody huts reappear at the Medieval era, they could spawn in uninhabited spaces in the map and basically always give you the angry villager event like the one in Civ4. Unlesss you take the special social policies in the exploration tree which turns your scouts into special 'Explorer' units...

The History of Mankind modification had Coffee Shop as a second UB for The Dutch , which fits much better because it has more cultural significance and ''Molen' is just Dutch for mill which already exists as an terrain improvement .
