    Monitor shuts off when loading up civ

    So here I am just got win 2000 and now I cant play since everytime I start up my monitor shuts off. I have downloaded all the lateset drives for my machine, all updates from microsoft and tried about everything else that is on the tech page at www.ina-support.com and NADA DANG THING HAPPENS...
