    Rise and Fall - Pericles can't build amphitheaters

    Using the latest build of Rise and Fall, as Pericles I can build the Acropolis district, but then can't build a single other "theater district" building including amphitheaters in any of my 15 cities. Is anyone else experiencing this bug? version 1.0.0.220 (334528). I've got greater writers...
