Racist art disgraces Czech EU presidency

Perhaps it is overzalous. But I felt that a warning was right, anyway. I have done some searching and apparently AntiVir sends the "Infected.WebPage.Gen" warning if there is a "IFRAME set to size zero".

Racist art disgraces Czech EU presidency

My virusprogram (Avira AntiVir) gave me a ton of warnings when I entered this site, so be careful! This was what AntiVir warned about: http://www.avira.com/en/threats/section/fulldetails/id_vir/3684/html_infected.webpage.gen.html

    What do you LEARN

Well, I haven't learned much from Civ per se, but it has given me inspiration to learn about some of the leaders and civs I didn't know much about. And inspiration counts for a lot (although it is nothing compared to the inspiration I've gotten from EUIII ) Isn't it called "Pop Idol" and...

    Civ4 too PC?

Oops, that came out wrong. The denial in "weren't" refers to "excuses", not "bad". Perhaps I should have said "For Stalin ´political stability, empire consolidation and industrialization´ weren't mere excuses for mass murder". My quote was a direct respond to: I understand "implement mass...

    Civ4 too PC?

That they both did what they did because they thought they were right and their cause just, hardly matters. Most people do what they do because they think its "right and just". "Political stability", empire consolidation and industrialization weren't bad excusses for mass murder. They were...

    Girly Victory Conditions

Girlish? You think civ is girlish? Just imagine if it was, then the printing press tech wouldnt lead to replaceable parts but instead the "fashion magazine tech", and "medicine" would be "sanitation" and lead to the "bubble bath tech" (enabling you to see the bath salt and rubber...

    Civ4 too PC?

I would mind a civgame with Hitler in it, and I am neither jew nor german. I am not saying I like that Stalin is in the game, in fact I dont, but Hitler is definitely much worse than Stalin. Stalin was a ruthless bastard, but Hitler was an outright murderer. There is a difference. Stalin...

    The hell, Japan? lol

I so agree with the OP. To me, Meiji is the most important modern, non-western leader. He epresents the first (and for many years, only) non-western industrial revolution, and Japans industrilization helped pave the way for the rest of south-east asia. Without "his" resoration the great...

    Neo-Keynesian Economics FTW?

As has been said before: Keynes (represented through Hicks) is not making a comeback, he has always been here. Almost all mainstream-economists are keynesian in the short run, in that they believe in some version of the neoclassical synthesis (that is, supply side determines outcome in long...

    English Commentators

ø is used in danish and norwegian (but not swedish) and its basically the same as a german ö. The "schjøn" in Schjønberg is for instance pronounced as german "schön". For frenchspeaker you might say ø sounds like "eux" in deux. I cant think of any english examples

what do you feel is the best date for the beginning and the end of the middle ages?

My take: Start: 529 - Justinian closes the academy in Athens, no more "pagan" research in all of Europe End: 1397 - foundation of Medici Bank

    English Commentators

Many years ago I saw Real Madrid vs the danish club Odense on Eurosport. For some reason the commentator kept refering to Michael Schjønberg as something that sounded suspiciously like "scumbag". But I know, danish names are difficult. Currently a "Mikkel Bødker" is playing in the NHL...
