It works! Although I use a touchpad so I have to kind of relay my great works across open slots, but either way it's better than it was. Thank you.

Thank you, Highwayman, I'll give that a whirl. For clarity, there is a scroll bar on the great works window, but it just won't scroll when drying to drag a work to the left or right so hopefully this does the trick.

When my Civ grows large enough, the great works window won't show everything without scrolling, which makes it difficult to theme my buildings. When I try to drag a great work to the left or right to get it to another building nothing happens so I can't theme my buildings. What am I missing?

I'm a very casual player. I've had Civ VI since it came out and have only within the past year played enough to start moving up the difficulty ladder. I'm currently on King and although I do win consistently, I know from some of the other forum posts I've read that my victories are taking too...

OK, thanks for the input. I suspected that Eleanor was probably not going to work for me with a culture victory, so good to know I have some confirmation on that.

I was playing Prince, as Eleanor of Aquitaine (France), and I was making sure not to eliminate any other civs because I know that basically makes a culture victory impossible. I even made a point of not getting into any wars during the game. However, I was sharing my continent with Philip II...

I think narmox got it right. It looks like the problem was that the unit was healing in place (no movement) and the icon didn't appear until the unit was fully healed. So when I have another corps unit healing and is ready for promotion, I'll wake it up and see if that works. Either way, I'll...

I'm fighting as Teddy Roosevelt, and combined two Infantry units into a corps. Eventually the corps (or at least one of the units in the corps) became eligible for promotion. But, whenever I select that corps, there is no option for selecting a promotion. What gives?

OK, I get it now. I was so used to the Civ 3 and 4 systems that it never occurred to me to try the Culture Bomb outside of a city--much less outside of my territory. Thank you very much--this has been most helpful.

I've tried searching for any other threads on this issue, but can't seem to find any. When I try to use my Great Artist for a Culture Bomb, all that happens is that he lights up and disappears, I get a pop up about the CB, but the borders of the city never change--even if those borders are up...
