Correct! You buy two monitors if you want two people to look at one simultaneously. Just like when playing monopoly every person has to have his own copy. Software is different. You can have 1 license and have people take turns to use it so it is MUCH BETTER. Steam helps this issue...

I think Steam is a good solution. I have it always on so I vote for always on connection check and not the rest.
