Howdy, Playing beta V ... up to about turn 600 on epic and enjoying it immensely. One real issue.. I'm confused about technologies. Some I guess I just can't research because I'm not Roman; they specify Roman Knowledge which I believe I can never get, right? But others appear red on my tech...

I only have 1 city and can't even build a settler; it doesn't even show up grayed out when i look at the city. It's like the unit doesn't exist. Also, The chiefdom description doesn't say that. I'm not saying you are wrong or anything but pointing this out as a possible symptom. tom

I agree that the diplomacy is seriously broken. I just tried playing a game as a friendly indian but quickly everyone came to hate me with lots of denouncements. Details that are now provided show me as a warmonger and having failed to help after declaring friendship even though I have not...

Heres a CtD save using patch J if its still useful. Just hit enter and after a couple ai units move it crashes. I tried a variety of things(changing system resources, config settings, removed the unit that seemed to be moving) and nothing helped I see that K is up so I'm going to load...

I just loaded the save to make sure I had the right one and the problem is now gone... it isn't the save from the very end but I think the problem had occurred by then. Autosaves are no good as I started a new game this morning - which CTDed :( I am absolutely certain about the population...

Love your addition to ROM.. can't wait for the new version. I see that Rev had been updated for 317 but I guess you need to wait until all the pieces have been updated before you can do your thing. Just wanted to remove any doubt about people wanting you to do what you do :-)} tom
