This still does not appear to work. For my Apostle, by using the left/right arrows, I can select between these options: Spread Religion, Move To, Rest And Repair, Skip Turn, and Sleep. I don't see an "info window" option, or any way to know what promotion(s) my Apostle has!

I mean, it's better than nothing. (And in Civ5 we had nothing!) I'm just hopeful it will see some improvements soon. I don't mind it, until I need it. Ah awesome thanks! I have always avoided mods, but this might be what pushes me over the edge.

I can see the other perspective too though. If a war is happening in a person's backyard, then it's directly affecting their day-to-day life, regardless of whether it's in self-defense or not. If a war is happening in a distant country then it's a lot easier to forget it's happening.

Yup. When I read about CB in the runup to the game I was excited about adding some more nuance to war diplomacy, but in practice it's been useless. Hell, I've even had Civ's call me a warmonger because another Civ has declared war on me! Maybe a future update will fix this.
