As far as I know, the Mongolian DLC is automatically installed like a regular update. It's at least what happened in my installation. Might be some settings for that.

If the propellers hadn't been visible at all, I hadn't noticed. But since they are there, they might have forgotten something. Unless it's a stealth plane. ;)

Haven't got around testing SAM vs other units, but I managed to get attacked. And that was a fight without any missiles from the mobile sam.

Did you turn off notifications about wonders? I did that earlier, and missed out on the last wonder for two games. Luckily I had an autosave 1 turn before I built it, and could turn on notifications and get the achievement.
