Well the easy solution was just to uninstall > reinstall. Now it works perfectly. Let's hope it's just a one-off.

I have the same problem (which, incidentally, I never had before... even after the latest patch). Skipping the movie doesn't help, it seems to have trouble loading what comes after the movie i.e. title screen etc.

Any idea if we'll be able to download the new DLC when it comes out in May...??

I just noticed that Ancient Korea was added to the list of DLC content on the Wikipedia entry for CivV... but couldn't find news of it anywhere. Wishful thinking on someone's part or is there some news I'm missing...? (Would have to take Seoul off the City State list....)

Still no word on Mongols or Babylonians...? Not to mention Spanish and Incas...
