I notice that too. By 1800s AD when I about conquered the world as Rome, China, which had a TON of land to expand on, and all it had was 2 cities. I think this game may need some serious patching in the future.

This is just my personal thought on the games leaders. I really do like the game thus far, my problem with it really now is the leaders. NO matter how long the war goes on or how much they lose, they seem really unwilling to declare peace.
