In my current game (Patch 4.13.1) I have the Hittites as opponents. It appears the UA (+1 influence in city-state for pledge of protection) triggers for every civ when The Hittites have this pledge. So for example I (playing as the celts) also get +1 influence when the Hittites have a pledge of...
Maybe it has something to do with it being a tile claimed by building the Dun Cinneadh. I've read in this thread there were some problems with that before.
This civilization is fun, but when playing with ancient ruins way too powerful in the beginning.
I was thinking about maybe a malus for ancient ruins as a promotion for scouting units could be used to make it playable with ancient ruins? Just throwing it out there.

Sometimes I think people who play with this mod and all of it's mod-mods should be more vocal in their appreciation of those capable to make these amazing creations. You have mine and my respect for what you do all in your spare time :).
