I think that you can declare war on city state by button in their screen But yeah for now there is no other option to declare war on human player than ranged units :( I hope that "declare war" button will apear in human to human diplo

What about civs with unical sea units?

It creates problem on multi. You can't declare war on another human player because there is not option "declare war" in diplo screen. Only way to declare war on human player right now is use some range unit.

Multiplayer I can't declare war to other human players by Meele attack, I can by using archer. Since there is no option in Diplo screen declaring war is now much harder. I'm using additional modmods so I want to ask if someone else has it, if yes I will post on git hub, if no I will test it...

You need to edit file in mod you want to enable to not demand vox, this file is .modfinfo or something like that

1 Why only bad events are disabled? Isn't it unbalanced? I was sure that you can't obtain faith from ruins if no one else have pantheon

Have you installed file from Unique City States thread? It's because of adding contender few versions ago UC need one modified file (somewhere in UC thread)
