    Essentially quick movement/combat takes the processing time out for determining animations, or something like that. When you have hundreds of these going on late game this can slow things down. I don't remember which graphics specifically deal with cpu but maybe someone else around here does...

    Pretty sure it works like it does for normal units. Caravans have X movement and depending on the terrain they can reach certain cities. If there are roads to the location the caravan can move more tiles per movement point therefore reaching further locations. Or so I think. Maybe someone...

    So I know you need this to win a culture victory, but do the various levels actually do anything? I think it would be neat if the higher your influence over a civ was the better relations you had or more prosperous trade routes or something.

    I will verify later but apparently the game thinks I have universities already. I don't know if it is adding the science I should be getting from them, but I can build buildings that require university like public school even though I never built the university in the city.
