"I realize this is a double-post and , but how do you change your title (or whatever you call the thing right under your name)?"
You can change your custom user title under 'Edit Your Details' once you have 30 posts and have been registered for 30 days (which you have). You can also give yourself a custom non-animated avatar (under 'Edit Avatar') once you fulfil those criteria.
