Exact replica of the same improvement, but only granted toward the "event" worker.

Would you be okay with sending me the code? I've never touched the Event code and trying the normal way (Or me trying and failing what I think it is.) hasn't worked for me.

What are you looking for specifically? A civilization that has a UU that can make other people's UI?

I tried making it so the civ's workers would be able to build the UI's but that route has led me nowhere. If having a UU would work I'd be all for it or whatever could allow me to do so.

If you're familiar with SQL and Lua, see how I emulated a fake polder to be the exact same as the original, but allowed it to be distinct and allow all workers to build it(Lua restricts it to only Netherlands workers).
