1941 is a WBS WW2 scenario (not a mod) starting in June 1941. Germany has not yet declared war on the Soviet Union, nor Japan on the United States. Conditions are reasonably historically accurate as the game begins, but may not (and probably won't) follow the course of history thereafter. Victories allowed are Domination and Score (others don't make sense in the context of the scenario).
Playable civs: Germany, UK, Japan, USSR, USA, Italy, Canada, Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, China, Free French Forces, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Pan-American Union (South America except Brazil), and Turkey. Non-playable: Spain (neutral throughout). I recommend you play those civs that played a central part in WW2 -- not Saudi Arabia or Turkey, for example -- but I made all civs playable except Spain, since of all countries represented it is the only one that was neutral throughout the war.
