Abbasid Alt. Unlock Mod: Fewer Camels 1.0

The default unlock condition (3 camels) may be difficult to impossible to achieve on some maps during the Age of Antiquity. On a standard-size continents-plus map, the first continent spawns about 4 camels which may be distributed at 4 corners of the map.

This eases the requirements to two improved camels.
